Rustic is the term we give this grade of Yorkstone paving. Rustic Yorkstone is a collection of the slabs with more character. Usually with a rougher face texture or more un-even edges.

Bingley Stone grade all the reclaimed Yorkstone slabs into the two categories."Smooth Faced" or "Rustic Faced" dependent upon the amount of undulation or condition of the top surface. The rustic slabs will have more fissures, steps & bumps evident than the Smooth Old Yorkstone. Although this has no detriment to the quality of the stone, Bingley Stone can offer these at a more attractive price.
